Rachel Frazier Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rachel Frazier of Troy, North Carolina, who passed away on June 24, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Harris and Blanche Dennis Harris; and her husbands, Roy Salisbury and Thomas James Frazier (Tom). She is survived by: her aunts, Marie Morris of Troy, Coline Gibson of Mt. Gilead and Peggy Dennis of Albemarle; her uncle Jesse Dennis (Mary Ellen) of Troy; her siblings-in-law, Janice Ward of Bancroft, Michigan and Larry Frazier (Lana) of St. Cloud, Florida; her caregivers, Greta Baldwin and Jazzmine Baldwin; and her pet Jazzie. She is also survived by several cousins and friends.
