With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Schlegel in Tryon, North Carolina, born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on March 16, 2024 at the age of 87. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carol Schlegel to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Harold Mills and Edna Mills; her husband Don Schlegel; and her sister Betty Park. She is survived by : her children, Mark Schlegel (Colleen) of Milton, GA, John Schlegel (Maryrose) and Beth Schlegel of San Antonio, TX; her grandchildren, Alex, Austin, Michaela and Kyle; her brother Walter Mills (Joanne) of Bloomington, IN; and her brother-in-law Byron Park (Betty) of Richmond, IN. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
