He was predeceased by: his parents, Gray Arledge and Edith Cantrell Arledge; his grandson Jeffrey Arledge; and his siblings, Herschel, William, Rex, Herbert and Shirley.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Arledge; his son Terry Arledge; his brother Bobby Arledge (Beverly); and his granddaughter Tracy Owensby (John).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Byars Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
