He was predeceased by: his parents, William Taft Plumley and Mamie Jones Plumley; his siblings, Robert Plumley and Lucy Ann Plumley; and his nephew Michael Greene.

He is survived by: his sister Mossine P. Constance of Columbus; and his nieces, Judy Hefner (Gary), Denise and Diane Constance.
