He was predeceased by : his parents, Dr. John Fowler and Beatrice Fowler (John). He is survived by : his wife Barbara Oklesen; his sisters, Lynn Fowler and Barbara Meckeneck; and his siblings-in-law, Beth McCollum and William Oklesen. He is also survived by spouses, children and grandchildren.
