She was predeceased by: her parents, William Pinckney Lambert and Iva Garrison Lambert; her sons, Rex H. Dillingham, III and Phillip I. Dillingham; her brothers, Emmett Lambert, William Lambert, Jack Lambert and Fred Lambert; and her husband H. Bruce Palmer of Tryon, NC.
She is survived by: her daughters, Leslie Ruth Dillingham and Regina Ruth Shillinglaw of Dayton, OH; her grandchildren, Wesley W. Dillingham of Ipswich, MA, Jackson P. and Anna L. Shillinglaw of Dayton, OH.; and her sister Kathryn Lambert Motsinger of Kernersville, NC. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
