He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Emory Greenholtz, Jr. and Myrtle Elizabeth Reed Greenholtz. He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Flores; and his sister Dawn Marie Hemmelgarn (Bill) of Forest City. He is also survived by 2 nephews, 1 niece, 4 great-nephews and 2 great-nieces.
