He is survived by: his mother June Theresa Wilson; his wife Deborah Mastropolo; his children, Karen Flores of Clermont and Peter Stevenson of New Hyde Park, NY.; and his siblings, George Hulse of Beverly Hills, FL., Paul Hulse of New Berlin, NY., Susan Bush of Brumley, MO. and Sandy Hulse of Clinton, NC. He is also survived by his numerous nieces and nephews.
