He was predeceased by: his father Marvin Wooten (Bobby); his wife Agnes White; his stepfather Ace Holland; and his siblings, Jack Wooten, Evelyn Webb, Gertrude Zachary and Nancy Poore.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lynne Harner (Jim), Amy Goodman (Brett) and Marigail Creasy; his grandchildren, Sarah (Darin), Austin (Bethany), Mackenzie (Jack), Ian, Isaac (Rachel), Thomas, Claire, Emma, Natalie and Jack; and his pets, Oreo and Tom Kitty. He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to North Iredell Rescue Squad and the Union Grove Ruritan Club.
