He was predeceased by : his father Neil Rhoney; and his wife Muriel Vanhorn Rhoney. He is survived by : his children, Terry Rhoney (Donna) of Connelly Springs and Patsy Lail (Eddie) of Connelly Springs; his grandchildren, Nicole Newton, Mindy Snyder, Derrick Lail, Chad Reinheardt, Justin Lail and Kristin Lail Duckworth; and his great grandchildren, Erin Newton, Jordan Newton, Nicklous Newton, Kamryn Snyder, Kayson Snyder, Nova Duckworth and Colton Duckworth. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
