She was predeceased by : her mother Betty Russell Heatherly; her stepfather Col. James Heatherly; and her brother Phillip Lowder. She is survived by : her husband Bruce Martin; her son James Russell Hogan (Tiffany); her siblings, Barney "Tim" Lowder (Reva) and Phyllis Hill (Mike); her aunt Linda Russell; and her nieces and nephews, Savannah, Samantha, Preston and Timothy. She is also survived by her family and friends.
