She is survived by : her husband Larry Gene Buchanan; her children, Mark Buchanan (Kimberly) of Valdese, Jonathan Buchanan (MiKisha) of Valdese, Sara Hunt (Jack) of Conover and Scott Buchanan (Shannon) of Newton; and her siblings, Jeff Edwards, David Edwards, Glenda Beach, Kay Lail and Betty Rose. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren.
