He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Dianne Cook; his son Aaron Cook of Vale; his stepfather Elbert Cook of Casar; and his brothers-in-law, Ronnie Cook (Janet) and Ricky Cook of Vale. He is also survived by other loving nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
