She was predeceased by: her parents, Jakie Everette Cook and Mary Elizabeth Lail Cook; her husband Steve Davis; her daughter Terri Davis Ruppe; her grandchildren, Brent Davis and Shawn Buff; and her siblings, Cecil Cook, Everette Cook, Louise Doster and Sue Watts.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Davis (Pamela) of Vale, Elaine Buff (Jerry) of Vale and Scottie Matthews (Kenneth) of Vale; her brother Carl Cook of Vale; and her grandchildren, Brandi Leatherman (Randy), Misty Johnson (Dwight), Tiffany Matthews, Chad Matthews, Lanny Bivens (Lynn), Chasta Buff and Chris Buff (Lisa). She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren.
