He is survived by: his wife Sandra Rhoney Towery; his children, Andrew Towery of Vale, Garrett Johnson of Valdese and Brooke Delk of Lenoir; his daughters-in-law, Kiersten Towery of Vale and Jessica Johnson of Valdese; his grandchildren, Presley Towery, Kase Johnson, Owen Johnson, Pepper Delk and Jasper Delk; his mother-in-law Louise Bowman; and his cousins, Maureen, Fred Pearce, Jeffrey, Marilou Newton, Pat, Earl Mullis, Kelly and Lara.
