She is survived by: her sons, Ricky Dale Lutz (Rita) of Vale, Michael Lutz (Dorothea Wyant) and Roger Lutz (Elaine) of Vale; and her grandchildren, Jonathan Lutz (Janelle) of Wendell, NC, Evan Lutz (Jennifer) of Grimesland, NC and Heather Coffey (Jesse) of Vale. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
