He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Huffman of Vale and Elise Huffman Reitzel (Lisa) of Hickory; his grandson Trevor Reitzel of Hickory; his son Eric Brendle (Angela) of Vale; his grandchildren, Matthew Brendle of Vale and Laura Jane Brendle of Vale; his son Rick Brendle of Rutherford College; his granddaughter Megan Chapman (Mark) of Drexel; his great grandchildren, Cael and Slade Chapman of Drexel; and his pet Chip. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
