She was predeceased by: her parents, Riley Oxentine and Melissa Locklear Oxentine; her husband Robert Lee Holtsclaw, Sr.; and her son-in-law Jerry Setzer. She is survived by: her children, Rev. Robert "Bobby" Lee Holtsclaw, Jr. (Kim) of Cherryville, Jeffrey Holtsclaw (Judy) of Portland, OR, Billy Holtsclaw (Jennifer) of Catawba, Adam Holtsclaw of Vale and Joyce Setzer of Hickory; her grandchildren, Quinton Holtsclaw, Sarah Holtsclaw, Dalton Setzer and Eli Holtsclaw; her great grandchild Sariyah Street; and her siblings, Robert Oxentine of Hickory, Katherine Hawkins of Valdese, Janice Chester of Hickory, Sarah Makey of Maiden and Beverly Rector of Hickory. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
