She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Barrow and Essie Jackson Barrow; and her husband Jay Pennell. She is survived by: her daughter Vikki Heath Forbes (Arthur) of Dillsburg, PA; her stepchildren, Katrina Cutter of Oklahoma City, OK, Gina Langston of Fountain, NC and Chris Pennell (Denise) of Raleigh; her sister Peggy Gentry of Wrightsville Beach, NC; and her grandchildren, Ryan Forbes, Scott Forbes, Brandon Cutter, Jayson Cutter, Alisha Gard, Victoria Pennell, Austin Hall and Ashlee Nielsen. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
