As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Carlton may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.

He was predeceased by: his mother Joanne Tripp Gaskins; and his grandparents, John Cotton Tripp and Mildred Tripp. He is survived by: his son Blaine Lee Gaskins; his father Carlton Lee Gaskins; his aunts, Shirley Olason and Joan Carol; his uncle Conner Tripp (Mary); and his pets, Jace and Max.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Wilkerson Funeral Home to assist with the funeral expense.

“Enjoyed working with this young man, never a dull moment. He was a good welder and always carried the conversation with a joke to make things go a lot more jovial. I know he was versed in the Gospel and talked of his mother's preaching and prayers for him. Rest in Peace my friend, we will meet again for the Grand reunion with the Lord.”
