He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston Lloyd and Annie Jackson Lloyd; his former wife Mary H. Lloyd; and his siblings, R. H. Lloyd, Dewey Lloyd and Thelma Steele.
He is survived by: his wife Christine F. Lloyd; his daughters, Teresa Lloyd Davenport of Winterville and Tina L. Rouse (Robbie) of Winterville; his sisters, Wilma Shackleford of Farmville, Linda Stallings of New Bern and Ann Lewis of Shallotte; his grandchildren, Justin C. Rouse (Nikki) of Ayden, Tyler Davenport of Kinston, Leslieann Cheshire (Drew) of Walstonburg and Taylor Davenport Noble (Dawson) of Robersonville; his great grandchildren, Jackson Rouse, Nash Cheshire, Layla Rouse and Mary Dawson Noble; and his stepchildren, Brenda Jones of Vanceboro, Van Jones (Sandy) of Vanceboro and Mike Jones (Diane) of Vanceboro. He is also survived by nine step-grandchildren.
