He is survived by: his wife Alice P. Gaskins; his daughter Charlene McCoy (R. D.); his grandchildren, Kim Hand (Robert) and Liz Highsmith (Chris); and his great grandchildren, Erik Hand, Easton and Luke Highsmith.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Juniper Chapel FWB Church (655 Piney Neck Rd, Vanceboro, NC 28586). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 23rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
