He was predeceased by: his parents, Teb "TJ" Stocks and Harriette Stocks; and his brother Teb Jarvis Stocks, III. He is survived by: his wife Kay Stocks; his son Toby Stocks (Jamie); his grandchildren, Anderson Stocks and Maelynn Stocks; his siblings, Ramona Stocks Hill (Stephen) of Wedowee, AL and James Ray Stocks (Donna) of Bridgeton; his sister-in-law Delain Allen Stocks of Marietta, GA; his mother-in-law Josephine Mills Anderson; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Anderson Morris (Greg), Elvin Anderson and Ricky Allen Anderson (Kelly). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
