With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ellen Faye Stox Gaskins of Vanceboro, North Carolina, who passed away on September 29, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Marvin Brown Gaskins; and her parents, Robert Stox and Novella Stox. She is survived by: her brothers, John, Jepp (Blanche) and Joseph (Brenda); her daughters, Kay and Rita; her grandchildren, Kevin, Ronald, Alexis, Amy, Mariah, Zynasia and Patrice; and her great grandchildren, Emma, Clay, Kacie, Laken, Oakley and J. B..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pinewood Memorial Park (4150 E 10th St, Greenville, NC 27858). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
