She was predeceased by: her parents, John Alexander Speight (JA) and Alice Ward Moore Speight; her husband Jesse Gilbert Carraway, Jr.; her siblings, Louise S. Elks (H. V.), Virginia S. Williams (J. T.), J. Donald Speight (Tonky), Alexander Jasper Speight (Christine) and James E. Speight; and her brother-in-law Robert E. Jones, Jr..
She is survived by: her nephew Speight Williams; her son Danny Wood (Debbie); her granddaughter Kelly Wood Francis (Justin); her great grandchildren, Blair Francis and Harrison Francis; her siblings, JoAnne Speight, Hilda S. Jones and Charlie R. Speight (Kathy); her sisters-in-law, Maxine Speight and Joan Speight; and her close friend Teresa Wood. She is also survived by many nieces, great nieces, nephews, great nephews.
