She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Ray and Gladys Tripp Hart; and her sister Dorothy Eleanor Hart Moye. She is survived by: her children, Andree Hart Blanchard and James Thomas Blanchard (Sherry) of Hookerton; her grandchildren, James Thomas Blanchard, II of Maury, Cale Blanchard of Snow Hill, Jacob Melton of Hookerton and Jessica Melton (Max Sanders) of Hookerton; her great grandchildren, Nick, Amaya, Hayden, Keegan and Bryson; and her pet Sadierae. She is also survived by three great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Little Creek Original Free Will Baptist Church (55 Edwards Bridge Rd, Hookerton, NC 28513). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
