He was predeceased by: his mother Carolyn Jones Stokely. He is survived by: his father Harold Wayne Cutler (Ruby) of Washington; his daughters, Anna and Maggie Cutler; his sisters, Anne Matney (David) and Caroline Cutler; his stepfather James B. Stokely, Jr. (Jay) of Wilmington; and his pets, Lucy, Mallard, Deuce and Millie. He is also survived by nieces and 1 nephew.
