She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Elks and Julie Stocks Elks; her husband Bobby Everett; her daughter Judy Annette Stallings; and her siblings, Pauline Ross, Leona Ross, Elizabeth Godley, William Elks, James Elks and Jimmy Elks.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Manning (Tony) of Stokes and Gary Stallings (Rita) of Chocowinity; her grandchildren, Kevin Manning (Crystal) of Stokes, Scotty Manning (Krystal) of Stokes, Bradley Stallings of Greenville, Kristy Call (Robert) of Newport, B. J. Bunting of Clayton and Tammy House of Winterville; and her sisters, Irene Stallings Perry, Dorothy Strickland and Jean Farmer. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Wilkerson Funeral Home & Crematory - Greenville (2100 E 5th St, Greenville, NC 27858). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Pinewood Memorial Park (4150 E 10th St, Greenville, NC 27858).
Memorial contributions may be made in Judy's name to the 15th Street Church of God, 336 E. 15th Street, Washington, NC 27889.
