She was predeceased by: her son John Rouse; her parents, Betty Gibble and Joseph Jones; and her sister Ellen McCoy. She is survived by: her husband Bobby Stilley; her children, James Rouse and Misty Jones; her son-in-law Julian Jones; and her grandchildren, Emma and Eli.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Juniper Chapel Ofwb Church (655 Piney Neck Rd, Vanceboro, NC 28586). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
