He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonza Pelham and Lillian Moore Pelham. He is survived by: his wife Ida H. Pelham; his sons, Reginald Pelham of Jacksonville, NC, Gregory Pelham of Winston Salem, NC and R. Allen Harvey of Smithfield, NC; and his sisters, Lula Jenkins of Durham, NC and Sylvia Pelham of Vanceboro, NC. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews' other relatives and friends.
