It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lou Tripp of Vanceboro, North Carolina, who passed away on December 31, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Mooring and Kathleen Mooring; her husband Dennis R. Tripp; and her siblings, Verna Shirley, William Mooring (Bud) and Brooks Mooring.
She is survived by : her daughters, Tana Mansfield (Thomas) of Grifton and Karen Hedgepeth of Greenville; her grandchildren, Karri Smith (Chad) of Chicod, Scott Mansfield (Rebecca) of Greenville, Corey Mansfield (Austin) of Greenville and Leeanna Phillips (Nathaniel) of New Bern; and her great grandchildren, Wyatt, Emily, Brenna, Riley and Sarah.
