He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Lou Reel Letchworth; and his parents, Lyman Letchworth and Dorothy Letchworth. He is survived by: his daughters, Monica L. Purvis and Vanessa Parker McKinney (Art); his grandchildren, Seth Parker McKinney and Kayla Dawn Purvis; and his brothers, Johnny Letchworth (Lorrie), Kenneth Letchworth (Sheila) and Mike Letchworth (Lisa). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wilkerson Funeral Home & Crematory - Greenville (2100 E 5th St, Greenville, NC 27858). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
