She is survived by: her husband Billy Dixon; her daughter Ginger Leary; her granddaughters, Jessica Lilly and Sara Connor; her great grandchildren, Jayce Moore, Ainsleigh Moore, Brynleigh Moore and Harley Brown; her siblings, Charlie Waters Jr., Linda Waters Fornes and Judy Waters Davenport; her caregiver Jean Wright; and her nieces, Debbie Sadler and Crystal Polson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
