With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marye Latham Nelson Robinson of Vanceboro, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 12, 2025 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ann Congleton Nelson and Wilmer Thomas Nelson; and her sister Anne Whitehurst Nelson. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Robinson of Greenville; her daughter Amanda Robinson McDaniel of Greenville; her granddaughter Marye Amanda McDaniel of Greenville; her siblings, Josephine Nelson of Stokes, Martha "Kitti" Ballenger of Rocky Mount and Richard Nelson (Faye) of Rocky Mount; and her pets, Cinder, Honey, Wolfie, Bandit, Dusty, Stormi and Sunny. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
