She was predeceased by : her parents, Rev. Ralph Tedder and Bessie Thomas Tedder; and her siblings, Ralph Tedder, Jr., Darlene Tedder Hagenbush, David Tedder, Wanda Tedder Nobles and Rev. Paul Tedder.
She is survived by : her husband Wayne Howard Williams; her daughters, Shannon Carswell (Kevin) of Autryville and Ryan Ormond (Richard) of Medford, Oregon; her grandchildren, Alex Carswell (Kaitlyn) of Fayetteville, Anthony Carswell of Autryville, Vanessa Carswell of Autryville, Bennett Ormond of Medford, Maggie Ormond of Medford and Addison Ormond of Medford, Oregon; her great grandchildren, Miriam and Elia Carswell; and her sisters, Jeri Joyner (Alvin) of Rocky Mount and Judy Lowdermilk (Homer) of Lakeland, Georgia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
