She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Harrington and Virginia Harrington; her husbands, Amos Woodrow Harrell and Robert E. Cox Sr. (Bob); her siblings, Lennie, Bill, Ollie, Clara, Erline, Elsie, Mabel and Nora; and her close friend William Jones Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Williams (Lee), Denise Thomas of Greenville, NC, Kevin Carrow (Sandy) and Craig Harrell of Greenville, NC; and her grandchildren, Alicia Wilson (Kelvin), Christopher Rouse (Lane), Matthew Swanner (Jennifer), Andrew Swanner (Adona), Seth Williams (Lauren), Rebekah Olli (Ryan), Alexandrea and Shannon Carrow of Manassas, VA. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, and three step children.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wilkerson Funeral Home & Crematory - Greenville (2100 E 5th St, Greenville, NC 27858). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Pinewood Memorial Park (4150 E 10th St, Greenville, NC 27858).
