He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Gay and Julia Goff Gay; and his brother Buster Gay. He is survived by: his wife Mary Gay; his children, Allan Gay, Jr. (Jami), John Page (Leslie), Bootie (Michelle), Jennifer Gay and Elaine Edwards (Cooper); and his siblings, James Gay, Ray Gay and Ann Gay. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
