He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur Ray Forrest and Eula Mae Nelson Forrest; and his brother James Earl Forrest. He is survived by : his brother Allen Ray Forrest (Mavis) of Greenville; his wife Shelba Dawn Wooten Forrest; his children, Jeni Mueller (Richard) of North Prairie, Marshall Derek Forrest (Michelle), Cara Michele Forrest and Kent Forrest (Breanne) of Port Orchard, Washington.; and his grandchildren, Graham, Chandler, Lucas (Kyla), Christopher, Liam Mueller of Wisconsin, Tyler Forrest, Sydney Forrest of Greensboro, Stephanie Griggs (Cary), William Robert Forrest of Greensboro, Jacob Durham (Caroline) of Durham, Cristopher, Jack, Charlie, Paxton and Maxwell Forrest of Washington State. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
