Rodney Marvin Medlin Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rodney Marvin Medlin of Vanceboro, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 11, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Debbie Medlin; his children, Jeff Medlin (Jennifer) of New Bern, Amy Stewart (Brian) of Coats, Dennis Hoard (Shannon) of Louisville, KY and John Hoard (Nydia) of Charlotte; his grandchildren, Meredith, Ross Hardeman of New Bern, Allyson Medlin of New Bern, Jackson Hoard of Louisville, KY, Emma Stewart of Greenville, Evan Hoard of Louisville, KY, Cade Hoard of Charlotte, Ethan Stewart of Coats, Will Hoard of Charlotte, Caroline Hoard of Louisville, KY, Delaney Hoard of Charlotte and Beckem Hoard of Charlotte; and his great grandchild James Hardeman of New Bern.
