He is survived by: his wife Peggy W. Elks; his siblings, Lou Elks Moore (Roger) and Ray Elks (Nancy); and his sisters-in-law, Reita Elks, Barbara Elks, Faye Elks Duncan and Sandra Elks. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
