She was predeceased by: her parents, Effie Jones and Charlie Jones; her siblings, Alfonso Jones, Opal Joyner and Onnie Bowling; and her husband Grover Morris.
She is survived by: her sons, Rudy M. Schulte (William Schulte) and Grover Quinn Morris (Carolyn S. Morris); her grandchildren, Adam Schulte (Casey), Rebecca Wheaton (Tyler), Madison Schulte (Vince Agosta) and Breanna Morris; her great grandchildren, Noah Schulte, Henry Schulte and Emerson Wheaton; her nephew Randal Joyner (Jorge Castillo); her close friend Lois Haddock; and also Morris.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Timothy Christian Church (9657 County Home Rd, Ayden, NC 28513). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Timothy Christian Church or Crystal Coast Hospice House.
