It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma Elaine Smith of Vanceboro, North Carolina, who passed away on December 8, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John R. Smith and Helen L.
