He is survived by: his wife Brenda Morris Toler; his children, Kevin Toler (Robyn), Ricky Toler, Trista Reglein (Mike), Judy Pennington (Shayne) and Peggy Martin (Keith Jackson); his grandchildren, Mathew Reglein, Nicholas Reglein, Madison Reglein, Aaron Pennington, Kayley Pennington, Mallory Gaskins and Koa Kevinsson; his great grandchildren, Julianna, Dakota and Rowan; his sister Donna Waterman (Mark); his aunt Dimitris Cumbo; and his brother Stevie Gaskins. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in his name be made to the VFW Post # 11119, 103 First Ave., Vanceboro, NC 28586.
