She is survived by: her husband John Wayne Burks; her son John Michael Burks; her sisters, Patricia Garner (Robert) and Ellen McNeil (Daniel); her sister-in-law Donna Shine (Joseph); and her nieces and nephews, Catherine, August, Melanie, Casey, Becca and Jesse.
