He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren "Buddy" Cummings and Rosa Hamlin; and his siblings, David J. Cummings and Vickie J. Hicks. He is survived by: his wife Portia Marsh Cummings; his daughters, Angela Thompson (Kenny) and Krystal Martin (Matthew); and his grandchildren, Cecilia Rose, Kally Wyn, Carissa Leigh, Hatch Grey, Braelyn Vale, Adelyne Joelle and Korbin Boyd. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
