He is survived by: his wife Sophia Oldham Cook; his daughter Laura Cook White (John White) of Pinehurst; his grandson Davis White; his siblings, Jimmy Cook (Trisha Cook) of Sanford and Judy Moody (Ted Moody) of Lincolnton; and his aunt Janice Autry (Jerry) of Keller. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
