She is survived by: her husband Worth Collins; her daughters, Donna Martin of Vass and Janet Collins of Vass; her grandchildren, Michelle Gagnon, Robert Gagnon, Christi Burns (Mike) and Faith Clark (Kyle); her great grandchildren, Sean, Britani, Gena, Jaxson, Michael (Lilly) and Angel; and her great great grandchild Bryce.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Lena Collins may be made to St Jude Children Hospital.
