She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Turney and Alma Jester Turney; her husband Charles Edwards Jacobs; and her siblings, Thelma, Dollie, Jack, Jesse and Junior.
She is survived by: her sons, Dennis Edward Jacobs (Tina) of Ellerbe and Ricky Ray Jacobs (Denise) of Troy; her grandchildren, Bliss Jacobs (Brandon), Ricky Jacobs II (Jacob), Samantha "Doodle" Jacobs and Summer Jacobs (Baylee); her great grandchildren, Kieran and Grayson; and her close friend Susie Jackson.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Open Arms Community Church (224 South St, Vass, NC 28394). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 at the Lakeview Cemetery (4385 U. S. Rte 1, Vass, NC 28394).
