The memory of Roxanne Bess of Waco, North Carolina, who passed away on May 21, 2025 at the age of 64, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Dixon "Curt" and Frankie Dellinger Bess. She is survived by: her siblings, Star B. Shipley (Mike) and Tony Bess (Sheila); her nephews, Joshua Bess, Xerek Shipley and Kai Shipley; and her aunts and uncles, Jack Dellinger, Gay Ramsey, Kathy Carpenter (Jerry), Jeanette Bridges and Selma Bess.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church (112 Mt Zion Church Rd, Cherryville, NC 28021). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to Carpenter-Porter Funeral Home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
