He was predeceased by: his former wife GeeGee; his daughter Dominique Angeleah Collier; his brother Chris Collier; and his mother Jean Fettig. He is survived by: his wife Christine Debes; his daughters, Michelle Swart (Derek) and Katrina Collier; his stepchildren, Svenja Debes (Arthur) and Dominik Debes (Jana-Maria); his grandchildren, Cipie Swart, Ansel Swart, Sophie-Marie Bünning and Leonard Bünning; his father Whitley Collier (Lucy); and his brother Kevin Collier (Michele). He is also survived by his extended family, friends.
